Our church runs circuit training sessions where our resident fitness instructor (Giles) puts on a 1.5 hour session.
You can learn how to punch a punch bag, how to use the bench press, how to improve your flexibility and generally have fun with the occasionaly game of dodgeball!!

What to wear...
Loose fitting comfortable clothing in which you can exercise and stretch
What not to wear...
A wetsuit, a Spiderman costume, denim jeans
What to be aware of...
Bring a sports drink if you like them, otherwise there is water in the church
There is no shower at the Church so you have to go home smelly!
Bring a joyful heart, it's kinda fun!
Bear in mind that we will exercise together, as a class: No solo members

In a typical evening we will warm up together, and then have a game of dodgeball for 20 minutes or so. After this we will do a circuit where you buddy up with someone and work together.
